All orders must be placed online at least a day before you arrive to our farm. We will cut the tree down for you, net it and it will be ready for you to collect when you arrive on a chosen collection date.
All collections must be made roughly between 1-5pm. If you would like a different time or date, please send us an enquiry via email.

Delivery to some EX & TQ14 postcodes
We offer personal delivery, to the following postcodes: TQ14, EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4, EX5, EX6, EX7, EX8, EX9, EX10, EX11, EX15, EX16 and EX17.
We hope you will be home to meet us with your beautiful Organic Christmas Tree, however, if you cannot be home, do not worry, we can arrange to leave it in a safe place, just let us know where. An image will be taken of where the tree has been left, for proof of delivery purposes.

Delivery to postcodes TQ12 and TQ13
We offer a personal delivery to the TQ12 and TQ13. We hope you will be home to meet us with your beautiful Organic Christmas Tree, however, if you cannot be home, do not worry, we can arrange to leave it in a safe place, just let us know where. An image will be taken of where the tree has been left, for proof of delivery purposes.

Delivery to postcodes PL
We offer a personal delivery to the following PL postcodes: PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6, PL7, PL8 and PL21 postcodes. We hope you will be home to meet us with your beautiful Organic Christmas Tree, however, if you cannot be home, do not worry, we can arrange to leave it in a safe place, just let us know where. An image will be taken of where the tree has been left, for proof of delivery purposes.

UK Mainland delivery services
From this year, we are very happy to be able to offer you a delivery service to any UK Mainland address for £19.95 per tree. The parcel should arrive on the selected date, however, there might be a slight chance that it will be delivered the following day. Our delivery courier, XDP, will provide you with tracking information and they will send you 2-hour estimated delivery slot on the morning of delivery.This service is available for trees under 8ft.

Packaging material
We try our best to be as ecologically conscientious as we can with all aspects of our business, therefore we have made every effort to make our packaging material friendly to nature. The netting we use for our trees is not only biodegradable but also compostable. Trees sent via courier are packed in recyclable cardboard boxes and we use paper tape where we can.

Once your delivery instructions have been followed and completed, you accept that you are in possession of the delivered goods. Where delivery instructions have been followed; we will not accept liability for damage to or theft of your goods nor will we accept liability for any incidents which may arise as a result of the theft or damage to such goods.
