UK Mainland Delivery

Third year in a row, we are very happy to be able to offer you a delivery service to any UK Mainland address for £19.99 per tree. Your tree should arrive on the selected date, however, there is a chance that it will be delivered plus or minus 2 business days, so please make sure you have nominated a safe place or a neighbour. Our delivery courier will send you a text when your tree has been scanned out of the delivery depot and been assigned to a delivery route, this will include an estimated 2-hour delivery slot. Our courier does not deliver during weekends. 

UK Mainland delivery is available for trees under 9ft.

You can choose your preferred delivery date at the checkout.

We hope you will be home to meet us with your beautiful Organic Christmas Tree, however, if you cannot be home, do not worry, we can arrange to leave it in a safe place, just let us know where. An image will be taken of where the tree has been left, for proof of delivery purposes.

Packaging material

We are always trying our best to be as ecologically conscientious as we can, with all aspects of our business, and make every effort to ensure our packaging material is as friendly to nature as it can be.

Last year, 2024, we were really happy that we managed to work out a way we could safely package our trees using almost zero plastic tape - just paper tape, degradable twine, compostable tree netting, bamboo sticks to protect the top of the tree and recyclable cardboard/paper. 

This year, 2025, we're trialling a further improvement to our packaging, using calico cotton bags/sacks to replace the large corrugated carboard boxes we were using as external packaging previously. We are using "loom state" cotton, unbleached and undyed, that we cut and stitch ourselves into a strong protective outer layer - with a further protection provided by layers of recyclable packing paper inside. We are also going to give our customers the option to request a prepaid postage envelope be included with their tree, so they can send us the calico bag back, which we can then try and reuse and reduce waste.

We will continue, as always, to try and improve our packaging methods to keep our trees as environmentally friendly as possible - all while making sure the trees can get from us to you in perfect condition.

Once your delivery instructions have been followed and completed, you accept that you are in possession of the delivered goods. Where delivery instructions have been followed; we will not accept liability for damage to or theft of your goods nor will we accept liability for any incidents which may arise as a result of the theft or damage to such goods.
